Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SpaceTrip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SV-Union ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of SpaceTrip. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SpaceTrip is a travel planning platform that allows users to: - Create and manage personal travel plans (trips) with days, places, flights, and hotels - Search for flight prices using third-party data providers - Search for hotels via Booking.com integration - Set up flight price alerts and receive notifications when prices drop - Share travel plans with other users via share links or public profiles - Log in using Email/Password, Telegram, Google, or Microsoft accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Keep your account credentials secure and confidential - Not share your account with any other person - Notify us immediately at privacy@sv-union.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or are being misused. Email-registered accounts require email verification before login is permitted. Social login accounts (Telegram, Google, Microsoft) are verified by the respective provider and do not require additional verification.

You agree to use SpaceTrip only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases - Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code - Harvest or collect personal data of other users without their explicit consent - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity - Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent - Post, upload, or share content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of third parties - Abuse the flight alert or notification system (e.g. creating excessive or spam alerts) - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

SpaceTrip allows you to share your travel plans with others. You understand and agree that: - By default, all trips are private and visible only to you - Setting a trip to "unlisted" makes it accessible via a direct share link — it will not appear in public listings - Setting a trip to "public" makes it visible to all users on the public trips page, and may be indexed by search engines - Enabling "public profile" allows other users to see your profile information alongside your public trips - You are solely responsible for the content of any trips or profile information you make public - We reserve the right to remove public content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate You can change the visibility of your trips at any time in trip settings.

SpaceTrip integrates with Travelpayout (Aviasales) to display flight prices and with Booking.com for hotel search. You acknowledge that: - Flight prices displayed on SpaceTrip are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time availability or final prices - SpaceTrip does not sell flights or hotels directly and is not a party to any booking transaction - All bookings are made directly with the airline or hotel through the third-party booking platform - SpaceTrip participates in affiliate programmes and may earn a commission when you click a booking link and complete a purchase, at no additional cost to you - Booking links should only be opened when you actively choose to book — we never open them automatically - SpaceTrip is not responsible for any issues arising from bookings made through third-party platforms, including pricing errors, cancellations, or disputes

SpaceTrip automatically checks flight prices on your behalf based on alert settings you define. You agree that: - Flight alerts are checked approximately every 3 hours via automated processes - Alerts are based on publicly available pricing data from Travelpayout and may not capture all fares - SpaceTrip does not guarantee that any specific price will be available when you attempt to book - You are responsible for verifying current prices and availability on the booking platform before purchasing - We reserve the right to limit the number of active alerts per user account

The SpaceTrip platform, including its design, code, logos, and content created by us, is owned by SV-Union and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to SpaceTrip (trip plans, notes, photos). By making content public, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating SpaceTrip. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the SpaceTrip platform or its proprietary content without our prior written consent.

Your use of SpaceTrip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and processing practices. By using SpaceTrip, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SpaceTrip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: - Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose - Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure - Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of flight prices, search results, or any other third-party data We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SV-Union and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities - Any damages arising from your reliance on flight prices, hotel information, or other third-party data displayed on SpaceTrip - Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account - Any actions or omissions of third-party services (airlines, hotels, Aviasales, Booking.com, Telegram, Google, Microsoft) In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SV-Union and its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: - Your violation of these Terms - Your use of the Service - Any content you post or share on SpaceTrip - Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if: - You breach these Terms - We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity - We are required to do so by law or a competent authority Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SpaceTrip at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which SV-Union is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of SV-Union's registered place of business.
